As a registered practitioner for over 10 years I have helped many people to move forward with and overcome a huge variety of obstacles.  The hypnotic state is often described as a feeling of deep relaxation, calm and peace, and during hypnosis people have also experienced a pleasant light drifting sensation, mild numbness or lightness.
