Magical Minds is a weekly pay as you go meditation and wellbeing class for kids, providing an introduction to meditation, affirmations, managing your emotions, and finding stillness in this crazy fast-paced world! Very limited numbers and parents must remain with their child at all times either joining in or enjoying a cuppa at the side and watching your child try out new skills. Great for all children, be they non neurotypical, struggling with anxiety difficulties, or simply wanting to find space. It's also a great opportunity to connect and chat with other parents too!
