Service Description

You and your birthing partner will join me for 3 exclusive zoom meetings, 2 weeks apart each one lasting around 2 hours. The first session is usually around 30/32 weeks and throughout the course you will receive guidance on hypnosis techniques, MP3 downloads and digital notes to accompany each session.
